Learning to Run can be a Soul Destroying Process
This course is for you if:
✓ you've failed to complete other Couch to 5k programmes
✓ you have friends who can run too fast for you to keep up
✓ you want to learn how to run, not just when to walk and jog
"I could barely run for 30 seconds and couldn't believe I was actually running for 6 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes without stopping!
The night I ran my first 5k was in awful weather but it was one of the best days of my life.
I've now run in Park Runs, 10k events and Half Marathons all with friends and family.
This experience has absolutely changed my life."

Cheltenham Running Club has had such a resounding success with their Couch to 5k Groups that they've opened it up for non-members as well.
I'm so excited to be able to offer all of the lessons our beginners need to run further, prevent injury and make new friends.
This course is a culmination of presentations we've delivered to our members, lectures specifically designed for beginners and motivational interviews with successful beginners.
If you follow the advice in the lectures and engage with the other great students then you'll find yourself in an amazing process of improvements in your health, moods, fitness and strength. This could just be the trigger for sustainable change which leaves you in the body you want and with friends who support you at every turn.
If you want this change then enroll in the course and message me in the Facebook Group!
