Conor Graham

Founder of the Cheltenham Running Club, Conor has been coaching people to run, improve their fitness and health since his early teens.

He moved from New Zealand to the UK in 2012 and started Cheltenham Running Club in 2013. UK Athletics Qualified as a Coach in Running Fitness, Conor now develops programmes and courses for people regardless of whether they can attend his club's training sessions.

You can access all material from the date you enroll and while it can have you running 5k or more in 10 weeks, you should continue to refer back to it for the rest of your running life.
